Scrolling-display sells products from a variety of manufacturers. And, most of these products are dropshipped directly from the manufacturer. (Dropshipping means Scrolling-display does not stock the items, they ship directly from the manufacturer.)
If you have concerns as to when your product will ship or from where it will ship, please contact us before the order is placed. Scrolling-display makes every effort to process your order on the same day the order is placed.
If Scrolling-display allows you to check out with ANY of our products, it does not mean we will be able to process the order for you. Your money will be refunded on these type of orders:
- If you order from outside the continental US, we will refund your money and direct you to the appropriate supplier. If you are outside the continental US, please email us and we can discuss international orders.
- If for ANY reason the website did not charge you for the appropriate amount for your order and you are NOT willing to pay any additional charges, we will refund the money you paid originally.

International Shipping:
- Please note that Scrolling-display is a U.S.-based company and as such all shipping rates listed are for the continental U.S. only.
- In most cases we do not ship outside the continental U.S.
- However, in an effort to meet all our customers' needs, we ask that you contact us for international shipments and we will either get shipping quotes direct from the manufacturer or we will refer you directly to them.
